That apart, the size of the meals should also be in tandem with the time of the day; breakfast should be heaviest followed by lunch and dinner, in that order. Dinner at best should be a light soup. The cooking oil that you use for as the medium also has a huge role to play in the weight loss journey. Olive and coconut oils work best for that weight loss.
